oFlute is a musical game in which the player has to play the recorder properly to get points, following a musical staff. Also, it features a couple of basic lessons about how to play the recorder and learning the basics of music.
How to install
If you’re on a debian-based distribution, these are the needed dependencies:
sudo apt-get install subversion g++ libgl1-mesa-dev libpango1.0-dev libboost1.40-dev libsdl-mixer1.2-dev libsdl-ttf2.0-dev portaudio19-dev libboost-serialization1.40-dev libpulse-dev libboost-regex1.40-dev libboost-filesystem-dev libboost-thread-dev
Next, you can checkout the code from the svn:
svn checkout http://oflute.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ oflute-read-only
After that, compile the graphic library, then the project:
make libgosu make
The executable is called oflute.
The game is still in early development. The “trunk” is the core development branch, the side-branches contain features that will eventually be merged into the trunk.
